Assignment 3
Include people in your video
Theme The Future
1.-Make a 30 second video with the theme of The Future. The Future as you understand it. Some examples, think of the future, as what it is to come, as a result from the present, is it an option, a challenge? How different can it be from the past? How similar/different is it to the present? What do you want in the future? What do you don’t want in this future? What is your relation to the future? How should we understand our life span as individuals and as a specie?
Future as technology, future as bridge to the past. How does the future look like? Does the future present the same concerns? Do people communicate in a different way in the future? What does happy in the future looks like? Please share what you feel and think in your video.
2.-Landscape. Horizontal video. Please, make sure to follow this spec.
3.-Feel free to edit. Any software you know works.
4.-Incorporate human presence. It can be actors, it can people you know or don’t. Real life, acting, a mix. The camera as a character. Different ages, different people. Do they talk? Do they move a lot? Real persons or fictional characters, both? Are you telling a story? Is it a documentary is it fiction? Are you the one on the video? Think about all the choices and how that affects the way to produce your video… be creative.
5.-You can use any camera or device you have access to. Don’t worry about size or format.
