첫 수업에서는 간단히 큰 채색화 안에서의 민화와 견화의 위치를 되집어 보고 그 기본 기법인 바림기법과 점묘법, 배채 등에 관해 살펴보고 기법을 연습해 보았습니다.

다음주까지 직경 10인치의 원에 작품 디자인을 해오시는것이 숙제 입니다.

이 디자인을 바탕으로 개인적으로 작품을 함께 발전시킬것입니다.

다음주에 재료가 준비되는대로 화견을 틀에 맬수 있을것입니다.

In the first class, participants were informed by the Minhwa and silk painting techniques that are part of Korean traditional color painting. The students did share materials to practice basic and simple techniques such as Balim and Bacchae.

The assignment for the next class is: Designing and planning the final project for a 10-inch circle. Based on this design, we will have individual discussions to develop the final artwork.

As materials are ready, we will mount the silk on a frame.
