In this first session on March 3,  the instructors introduced design methods for imagining new ways of improving local neighborhoods. Participants worked collectively with a team of professional designers to generate ideas and create props visualizing those projects.

This workshop was organized by The Extrapolation Factory, a New York design practice focused on helping communities imagine possible futures.  With this workshop, we tried to identify preferable alternatives for local families and communities.

The outcomes from this workshop will be presented at this year’s Milan Design Week.
