두번째 수업에서는 채색화의 한 지류라고 볼수있는 민화 중 연꽃그림을 그려봄으로서, 채색화의 특징과 과정을 알아보았습니다. 이 재료와 기법을 최종 작업을 구상하시는데 적극적으로 사용하셔야 합니다.

 

다음주에는 나무판을 사포로 다듬고 아교칠을 하는 밑작업을 하시는동안 최종 작품에 대해 저와 개인적으로 의논하실것입니다. 다음주 까지는 꼭 스케치의 초본을 가져 오셔야 합니다.

 

Week 2

In the second class, students tried Minhwa (Korean Folk Painting) to learn nature and techniques of Korean traditional color painting. They will utilize these elements on their final project on wood panel.

 

In the third class students will discuss their individual project with me while preparing wood panel by sanding and applying prime on it.
