第二周的課程暖身部分稍微增加了瑪莎葛蘭姆技巧的入門, 以腹部的收縮與放鬆為主軸, 搭配上半身的旋轉, 感受胸背肩之間的關係! 暖身(1hr) 1. 雙腳第一位置站立, 深呼吸漸漸將雙臂從前面升起, 直至耳兩側. 吐氣時雙臂打開至第二位置, 髖部向右移動, 上半身螺旋旋轉使左手略前而右手略後. 吸氣雙手回到第五位置, 身體回到中間, 吐氣雙手打開換邊. 2. 腹部收縮練習: 預備位置躺在地上, 雙膝彎曲併攏, 上半身以手肘撐起來, 手肘呈九十度角. 上半身自臀部到頭頂呈一直線, 吐氣時腹部收縮盡量將腰部碰地板, 吸氣時回到預備位置! 先以四拍開始, 四拍吐氣收縮, 四拍吸氣回到原來位置; 下一階段以兩拍為一單位, 兩拍吐氣收縮, 兩拍回復; 最後一拍連續做八拍. 3. 以髖部走路: 坐在地上, 雙腳平行伸直向前, 上半身挺起來與地面垂直, 感受兩塊坐骨. 向前移動時以單側髖部離地帶領整隻腿向前伸, 再換邊. 依此動作向前移動! … Continue reading 現代舞 課程二 肢體開發Body2

暖身Warm Up(1hr) 1.呼吸以及延展: 吸氣, 慢慢將雙手往上延伸, 彷彿要碰到天花板, 聳肩到極限. 吐氣, 雙臂轉到後側, 與肩舺骨緩緩放下. 2.慢走, 快走, 小跑, 快跑, 四種不同的速度. 先依序活動, 再交錯不同的速度以訓練反應靈敏度以及身體的控制力. 3.分成兩組, 排成一列. 由最前頭的那位以自己習慣的暖身動作帶領整對團員一起活動. 之後依序換下一位做為帶頭直到全部團員輪過一次.
